Having been in the apparel industry since 1992, DigiStitch Embroidery was founded in 2006 by Tim and Vicki Huber. Inspired by a desire to provide more than stock or generic designs, they felt their niche would be to offer their customers a truly customized embellishment service - "You think it, we create it". Small and large quantity orders alike, DigiStitch is your one-stop-shop for all your decorated apparel and promotional item needs.

Initially DigiStitch Embroidery operated as a home-based business. However, within two years the business had enough clientele to support a storefront and moved into a shop at the current location outside the village of Waynesville Ohio at 7540 Township Line Rd.

DigiStitch Embroidery has seen its business continue to grow and now offers more than just embroidery. They offer digitizing (computerized embroidery-machine artwork), screen printing, graphic artwork, heat press applications, yard signs, banners, window decals, as well as a creative line of school spirit wear. DigiStitch clientele consists of individual, corporate, small business, schools, clubs, teams, churches, and other organizations locally as well as across the US.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy in all regards. The information we keep as both customers to our business and visitors to our site is as follows:

Customers may expect that any and/or all information pertaining to their order, including but not limited to: name, phone number, address, order details such as t-shirts ordered, quantity ordered, etc., artwork and any communication between DigiStitch Embroidery Inc. and the customer (such as e-mails, faxes, etc.) to be kept in our records. This is for reference when placing orders in the future. We do not, unless requested, keep financial information for any of our customers. This information is used to collect any amount due on any order when authorized and then is destroyed. If amounts due are not received on agreed terms, we release enough financial information to allow proper and efficient use of collections in the form of collection agencies.

Any information kept on either customers and/or visitors is not sold, rented or otherwise released to any third party except where required by United States law.

Please review the following Terms of Service: We stand behind the quality of our work, however if you are not satisfied with our product, we will replace at no charge or refund your money if notified within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will require all goods to be returned to our business before replacing or refunding. For more information, or to make a claim, please Contact Us with your Name, Business Name, Billing & Shipping address and order number.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping cost will be charged to the customer at the carrier's direct rate for shipping plus a small handling fee per package.
